Disliked: Very hard to find hotel parking one way system and there was not hot water in tap. Was vert noisy and single bed uncomfortable. No reception and they told someone fix hot water issue but delayed next day and ı have to cancel my second night booking.

Liked: Staff was nice Breakfast was good. Room was globally in line with our expectations even though it would require some refurbishment.
Disliked: The music noise during the night. The single mattresses (uncomfortable as it creates spaces between both sides of the bed). The room needs refurbishment : moving tiles in the bathroom, old towels, dirty shower joints, shower head leaking.

Disliked: Couple of things went really wrong:- bathroom floor had broken tiles! many tiles broken up, sharp edges all over, impossible to move around on bare feet!- bathroom towels are old! coming apart!- nobody at reception to speak to; neither to check out with (and pay the bill). owner left the Ukrainian staff to struggle alone!... no English speaker in the building! - restaurant is slow, but also charges you wrongly, correction is made and you end up taking the wrong bill! (lower vs. real payment, and then you end up with issues at corporate expenses)- breakfast. one size fits all - bread-only-type offering on a plate but no fruit option! no choices allowed.

Liked: I was happy to have a room to recover in after rampage. The beer was very good. The cleaning lady was really nice and was one of the only staff to help me out when my keys stopped working.
Disliked: When I checked in the door to my room was open. There were wires coming from outside into my room and my window was open. I closed the door when I left for the festival and when I came back at 2am the door to my room was open. The spa was closed and the pool was dirty. My keys stopped working and there was never anybody at reception.

Liked: The location is at the center of Lommel.
Disliked: It is impossible to take a shower in rooms on the top floor due to bathtub under narrow roof. There was no receptionist, you need to contact to bartender.
