Liked: Overall experience was excellent. We had a relaxing time with great facilities and friendly staff.
Disliked: Some issues with oversalting of some dishes at the restaurant. Other dishes were excellent.

A wonderful stay as part...

Liked: The whole Di Bortoli experience was excellent. We had an outstanding wine tasting experience, great food and service. The grounds and gardens are very well-maintained, and the accommodation is very comfortable.I especially wish to complement the food and beverage staff. Everyone was very friendly. A special thanks to Berni in the Breakfast Room.

Liked: From our first contact with staff after booking and for the duration of our stay, staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered from the front desk, breakfast room and cellar door welcomed us warmly like family yet were ultra professional with service. Everyone was also extremely hospitable and generous with sharing recommendations and local knowledge (thank you Kelsie for all your amazing recommendations!). The location offers the best of both worlds - a stay amongst the vineyards, yet 5 minutes walk to the centre of town.
Disliked: Room cleaning fell a teeny bit short with attention to detail in both our rooms but in the scheme of things this was minor.

Great resort, spacious rooms with...

Liked: Great resort in the heart of Rutherglen. Very spacious room with a large bed. Our room had a view of the vineyard which was great. We sat on the patio outside the room each night enjoying a glass wine and watching the world go by - very relaxing. The restaurant on site was good value and had lovely meals and of course excellent wine selection - especially the port. The staff were very friendly and provided us with some great tips on what to do and where to go in the area. We also had a wine tasting session in the cellar door which was great - came away with a few bottles to take home. We also loved the on site pool which was great on a hot day.
Disliked: Nothing, we loved everything about this resort. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Rutherglen and would recommned to anyone.
