An absolute jem of a...

Liked: Great location, just a very short walk into the town and beach. Breakfast provided was more than ample, generous portions and plenty to choose from. Warmly greeted by staff on arrival and shown to room. Would book again and recommend.
Disliked: We were on ground level and a little noisy from upstairs.

Liked: Pool and spa were great. Host very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was good. Room nice and large with a good breakfast

Liked: Fabulous grounds , pool, spa. Close to restaurants etc. friendly host. Simon even found a corkscrew for an old bottle of wine.
Disliked: There’s nothing to not like.

Liked: Everything needed was provided.Breakfast was included in the price. Wi-fi, lovely fresh towels daily.
Disliked: The low sloping ceiling over the bench. I kept banging my head and I'm not tall. Didn't manage to get used to it🤕😂

Superb

Liked: Lovely room with sitting area and own kitchenette. Supplies left for breakfast were great. OJ delicious and having plunger coffee great didn't even get that in some hotels I stayed at. Loved the themed rooms.
Disliked: Limited parking but own accommodating to move cars and plenty of own street parking.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent set up with breakfast facilities and everything we needed for comfort. Swimming pool and hot tub an extra bonus. Walking distance to lovely long beach and restaurants.
Disliked: Sadly our Kapiti Island boat trip was cancelled due to weather but our host recommended alternative nature reserve.
