Nice but disappointing

Liked: Location. Looks lovely
Disliked: We booked 2 rooms and had every intention of all travelling. Our friends could not travel and despite trying to change our booking or a 50% refund, the owners response was Ts and Cs. We know that but surely doing the right thing, morals, ethics must sometimes be considered. Our friend is terminally ill and unable to work and the room sat empty for that night. Can that be right ???.

Friendly hosts provided very comfortable...

Liked: Breakfast choices were excellent. Service very friendly and efficient. Location easy to find and convenient for all local facilities.
