Liked: Yes good to deal with and accommodated our requests
Disliked: Noise coming into our room from wooden door connecting to unknown persons to us staying in adjoining suite. It made us uncomfortable and was disconcerting regarding security and privacy. We would not accept a room like that had we known. Archway to back parking area tight as was car parking space.

Disliked: There was a shipping container in the carpark which made off street carparking limited. My son had to park his car out on the Street.It was very noisy overnight. Not really the hotels fault but guessing the location added to this.
