Mixed messages for a stay...

Liked: Great location. Clean, comfortable, near transportation and downtown/camus areas.Eco conscious water conserving approachbto towels appreciated.
Disliked: At the premium rate paid rate a room here, there should be 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water / day provided. As for breakfast offerings, I consider 8.40 for a muffin ito be absolutely outrageous. Are you trying to drive guests out to Starbucks around the corner?!

Great hotel in Tucson!

Liked: The location is the best! Closer to many restaurants and conveniences!
Disliked: Daily room cleaning and services was lacklustre!

It was below expectations, my...

Liked: No bathtub when requested a new room with a bathtub i was hung up upon and when calling back left on a long holdRude staff
Disliked: Toilet was soiled, and body wash and shampoo were empty

Liked: Breakfast should be offered in two prices: minimal and full service. I eat a simple breakfast and find $18 is too much for what I consume.

Convenient and nice place to...

Liked: The location is perfect for visits involving University of Arizona, Tucson campus! The rooms were nice and bedding comfortable. Room came with a small refrigerator.
Disliked: Parking was in a garage across the street; the room key never worked to open the gate. The rooms don’t have a microwave. The night life down the street is loud! Be prepared for the music until the bars close late at night!
