Disliked: You can hear the tv from the next room. Rooms are narrow and tvs are mounted on thin ealls :(

Disliked: The rooms are without heating. Breakfast is average. Some Plates spoons are dirty and very old.

A pleasant stay overall, but...

Liked: Location is convenient, the room had a pleasant design, and I appreciated the fact that rooms featured smart tvs as opposed to just regular cable. Staff were always efficient.
Disliked: Using the parking garage next to the hotel is inconvenient because the space is so tiny that I preferred to use one of the many parking spots in front of the building (the area is reasonably safe and I could watch my car from my room window). Additionally, the beds aren't that comfortable. My biggest complaint, however, was that the shower stall flooded. I told management about this and asked for an extra bath mat TWICE, which they never brought. Other than that, I'd say it wasn't a horrible stay.

Great location, hidden fees bad...

Disliked: There's no parking lot you need to leave your keys with the Valet which complicates going in and out of the hotel as you please, they have an underground parking lot but each time I needed to go out I had to wait for at least 10 minutes to get my car.In addition to that the hotel charges an additional fee ($125 MXN per night) for parking, this fee should be included in the reservation amount, have an option to pay when booking or the least they could do is be upfront about it and clearly note that parking is not included and an additional fee is required, It's frustrating getting all these hidden fees specially when traveling for work and when a budget needs to be met.Breakfast is a rip-off $255 MXN for the most basic breakfast I've ever had, 1 tray of eggs (dry and burned) , 1 tray of meat, , 1 tray of sausages, juice, coffee and toast, there are several other places within walking distance that can provide you with a great breakfast for the same price perhaps even less.

Pleasant

Liked: Excellent customer service, they assisted my aunt over the phone in finding the hotel while she was driving since it's a little bit tricky to get there in car.
Disliked: I stayed in a two-bedroom unit. It felt too small, and you can hear everything from the neighbors.
