Enjoyable
Liked: Breakfast was a lovely bonusMy booking was last minute as my flight was cancelled; I felt that my stay helped to alleviate some of the stress that I was experiencing with the change in my plans

Pleasant stay in the heart...
Liked: Great location for the city, close to CBD, waterfront and good restaurants. The room was comfortable and mostly clean. Nice that there was a free breakfast.
Disliked: The drain in the bathroom was badly blocked. I thought it was expensive for the size of the room we got.

Fantastic!
Liked: I loved the free breakfast and as the epic coffee machine which was available 24/7. Location was super close to Te Papa and the bars and restaurants. The King size bed was supercomfortable. Bathroom really big. I even used the gym which had fresh towels and water. The staff were amazing. THANKS Loved my stay, and will be back.
Disliked: If I had to pick a down side I would appreciate shelving or larger bathroom cabinet for Toilet bag / makeup to rest on in the bathroom. But thats being picky the entire experience was fantastic.

A great Central Wellington location,...
Liked: Good breakfast (cereal, fruit and toast) and coffee.A great location is the centre of Courtney Place (within 1000 metres of all the places we wanted to go). Comfortable room, great staff, nice quirky building. Our room was spacious on level 5 and had a nice balcony and chairs (weather a bit average to use deck, but heh that’s Wellington for you!).Jelly beans on tap in foyer 24/7, and complimentary chocolate and soft drinks/water bottles in our rooms.Overall a great experience and could not recommend more.
Disliked: Nada, nil, zilch, zero!

Close to town - price...
Liked: The decor is beautiful. The details, particularly in the bathroom, are stunning. The bed was soft but firm.Great location for what we needed. The little extras in the room and entrance way, including breakfast, were a nice touch.Pretty basic breakfast but great when it was free.
Disliked: We ended up with a room with no window - it would be nice to know this when you book.It was fine for a one night stay but would have been unpleasant if you were there longer. It was also really noisy on level 4 on a breezy night, the value on the vent clattered and banged all night long.Closest parking is on the street or in the lot across the way - not overly convenient as you have to move it early to a paid spot or pay again for night or day rates

Very good
Liked: Central location, comfortable rooms
Disliked: Unclear parking information- you can park outside overnight for free but you can only leave it there for 2 hours in the daytime (with payment). The multi storey car park down the road is the best option for daytime parking, enter before 10am for a good day rate.
