Great location, modern but definitely...

Liked: Great location. Modern room but smaller than expected. Facilities could have been explained better. TV was not very good and very limited channels. Also felt was lacking the small things for the price.

Liked: Well-appointed King room with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Good sized room and comfortable bed

Luxury in a great location

Liked: This is a smaller intimate hotel which was very comfortable. We had the penthouse suite which was absolutely spectacular with so much room for our group of 5 to spread out. The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is an enormous kitchen stocked with every possible gadget. The unit was so great that someone in our group didn’t even want to go see the sites- she just wanted to back in the luxury. It was also quite affordable since we split the cost among 5 people.
Disliked: Nothing! We loved it all!

Exceeded my expectations, would stay...

Liked: Loved the quality of environment and facilites, and the little extras i.e. the chocolate and water bottles. Loved the shared space down stairs with coffee etc.
Disliked: A tiny thing, but the pump action handsoap bottles were really difficult to use - i.e. I couldn't get any hand soap out.Also, I would have liked a shower cap for the shower, but couldn't find one.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Rooms were very small - when I booked and I was meant to receive a king room upgrade but the room was tiny - too small to store belongings properly. The front desk person was professional but lacked warmth. The space was very clean- however we missed a a service on thr Saturday as housekeeping came at 9/9.30 (normally servicing takes place after 10am! The room facilities were ok - there was a jug in our fridge without any water in it? There is meant to be a space downstairs for tea and coffee, but it was in the middle of the lobby so not exactly comfortable. The bed was obviously 2 singles pushed together and you could feel the lumpy middle section! I wouldn't stay again.
