Easy location for The Garden and theatre. Great price. Would stay again.

Liked: Bedding and the shower.
Disliked: Just noisy people in the hallway at all hours.

Great, except…

Liked: Location was great. The place was nice, modern And clean. We got there really late so we were upgraded to a premium room. It was huge! And very nicely decorated. It was comfortable.
Disliked: The property was great. Although petty, in the grand scheme of things, The room, even being a premium room, didn’t have a hair dryer. And apparently none of their rooms have it, according to the front desk? I was getting ready in the morning for a meeting and I couldn’t find a hair dryer in the room so I called the front desk at around 7:30 AM and asked for one. They told me I could get one AT 9 AM! Because that’s when housekeeping started their turn. I asked him if he could get me one before then and the FD staff told me they had no access to them until 9. So pretty much if you had a need of something in the middle of the night, nobody was available to help? I thought it was a bit ridiculous, especially for the amount of money we paid for our stay. Also, what brand hotel in the US doesn’t have hairdryers in their rooms? Even motels do!

It was okay!

Liked: Breakfast was okay, the person in charge of the restaurant was very polite and helpful
Disliked: The curtains in the bedroom did not cover the window completely. There was a gap letting in light from the outside which I found disturbing.

It was ok.

Liked: Room was clean and very close to the subway and places we wanted to visit.
Disliked: People were very loud (parting in the room) after 12 … we were trying to sleep, manager said he couldn’t do nothing but I think he could knock on the door and say please be quite.

Excellent stay for concert at...

Liked: Location excellent, within walking distance to the Madison Square Garden. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Disliked: Had to walk under scaffolding to get to hotel on 35th street, sidewalk partly closed.
