Easy location for The Garden and theatre. Great price. Would stay again.

What you expect from a...

Liked: Very easy to get to from Penn Station and subway was conveniently located. The rooms were clean, and we received fresh towels. We were comfortable and felt safe.
Disliked: The location was convenient, but loud since we were right next to the mid-town precinct. We were downgraded night one of our stay with no explanation or compensation in the room price difference, we booked and paid for a double but they put us in a single king with a rollaway bed. They did move us to the correct accommodation the next day very quickly and by 11 am. The rest of the stay was fine, very thin walls, could hear everything inside and outside of the building as if it was right in your room. On our last day we went out for breakfast and when we returned had been locked out of our room although it was still before check out time. They did reactivate our cards quickly. While the bag drop is self service and has no security measures, we had no issues leaving our bags when we arrived early or after checking out but leaving bags until our train, they were undisturbed and all our belongs were safe.
