Disliked: Cleaning overall could be really improved. The first room we got had dirty bedsheets. However, the person at the reception was helpful and we were offered a replacement.Rooms are very humid and the A/C incredibly loud.

Exceptional

Liked: I was on a trip in the USA for nearly a month for work and stayed in many different hotels. Even though I did stay in a couple of places that were twice as expensive, the Tryp hotel was by far the best.The staff are awesome: friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are great: very clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, the rooms are spacious. Also, the breakfast is nice, there's plenty of parking and, above all, it's lovely and quiet: you don't have to listen to your neighbours because the walls are soundproof, the hallways are carpeted so you don't hear people walk by (with suitcases), you don't hear slamming doors and there are no weirdos in the car park playing loud music (which I've seen happen at several other hotels).Also, there are plenty parking spaces, lots of places to eat nearby and it's at a great location. I stayed here for a few nights, after which I left Orlando. When I had to come back in order to catch my flight, I immediately booked this place again.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Problem with the room air...

Liked: Nice, clean rooms. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: They seem to have an issue with how their maintenance staff sets and maintains the room air conditioners. This is the 2nd time that we stay here. We stayed 2 years ago. Our room then was so humid that it was miserably uncomfortable, despite running the AC. So they switched us to a different room. This last time, we had the exact same problem. The room was so humid that the floor was slick and slippery. I decided to take matters into my own hands and removed the AC cover. Lo and behold, there is a switch there that had "dehumidifier" switched off. I switched it on, and problem was solved.
