When we got to our room there was only one bed (thought I booked 2 beds); no chair and we had what looked like dried blood on our light switch! Called the front desk. They changed our room. We still had only 1 bed and when I pulled the bedding down there was hair in the bed. We were exhausted and made the best of it. Hoping never to go back!

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Location was convenient to get into Manhattan, but felt a little unsafe, sometimes.
