Beautiful property, but hiccups with...

Liked: I stayed the family style room the size was amazing for 3 adults and 2 children.The location was in close walking distance to a lot of food places and night life.The staff was very sweet and accommodating!
Disliked: We arrived to the property about an hour and a half before check-in. Check-in was at 3 o’clock. We were told at arrival that there were no rooms ready because the entire property was booked up, which is understandable because we arrived early however when 3 o’clock came there was still no rooms available .This time the staff told us it was due to many guests doing late checkout. Waiting in the lobby for about three hours with a six month old was not the most comfortable to do. We weren’t offered any water or anything, but told the same thing over and over again of oh we’re just waiting for just to check out so that your room can be clean and be made available.Once we were able to get our room, it was clear that there were many things missing in the room in comparison to pictures online. The room was very dark and we had to request additional lamps just to be able to see in half of the room. The additional lamps still did not provide adequate lighting at night in the room.
