Liked: What an amazing place, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are made to feel welcome by the amazing staff. Every single staff member said hello or good morning/evening as we walked past. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel but service really...

Liked: We like the theme of the property and it’s very classy feel
Disliked: Staff were lovely however service was awful, waiting 15/20 mins between drinks. Ordered drinks with dinner and dinner arrived first and drinks didn’t come untill 15 minutes after our dinner, when we had finished. Also breakfast in the morning I ordered eggs Benedict and my girlfriend ordered toast , her toast came in 5 minutes however we ended up having to order again for my eggs Benedict and total wait time was 1 hour before we decided to leave still with no breakfast. Also some minor things like going up to the room couple hours after check in and still no bag.

Liked: Breakfast so much choice and all very well presented. Staff were very attentive and charming. We also got an upgrade when we arrived which was very nice.
Disliked: A little warmer as we came from Cyprus, but we got an extra duvet from maids.
