Disappointing experience for a 5star...

Liked: Beautiful scenery, food in club house and hotel very good.
Disliked: Didn’t t get into room till 5pm, room was not serviced by 2pm following day , called house keeping stayed out of room till 430pm , bathroom serviced but bed not made, coffee cups not washed, coffee and water not replenished.

Liked: Everything, exceptional service, staff are sooo nice
Disliked: Bit unorganised at breakfast, waited for a table but it wasn't set when we went to it. Went to look at breakfast items and came back and it was half set, no condiments, missing cutlery, no juice glasses either on the table or at the juice bar

A little bit of luxury

Liked: The staff cannot do enough for you,so pleasant and helpful
Disliked: I would like more dining options, another restaurant, but this is me scratching for a negative

Liked: We had a fantastic room upgrade on arrival and celebration package in the room which was soo niceDinner was excellent and great service and we felt a great care for us
Disliked: we did try to have a late check out, but hotel was busy, but was not an issue as we kept our bags in store room

Liked: From the minute we arrived, the welcome you received was truly special! The hotel was stunning, my parents were in the hotel in an accessible room which was perfect as my Dad is in a wheelchair. We were in the villas aside the hotel and very peaceful.
