Disliked: It was not perfectly clean as it should be for a hotel like this. There was no breakfast included, and the a lacart breakfast was nothing special. This hotel needs a proper breakfast.

Liked: The staff was awesome. Love the views of the river from my room. The lobby was outdated but nice. The pool was great, and I loved the sitting area, with views of the city.Housekeeping was excellent, and I did not mind tipping for all the services. I did get content for my social media, but I feel I could have done better.
Disliked: The first room was bigger and more beautiful. Plus, it was under construction on the other side. You had to go through the servant doors to get to the room. The door lock was broken. Our second room was much smaller. One of the lamp was acting weird. I had to screw the bulb tight. I was charged more for the cranberry juice that said $11 but charged almost $15? The hold for $400 is a little high, and I'm still waiting for it to be released. I'm a gamer, and I could not set up my playstation 5. I expected better for a 5 star Hotel. I was very disappointed. I travel to Chicago all the time. I am a 100% disabled US ARMY VETERAN who fought in the Gulf War. I just wanted my Valentine's Weekend to be special for husband and I. I cried.
