Broken showers

Liked: Rooms were nice and location suited us with no casino in hotel
Disliked: Cold showers in both rooms for 5 of 7 days. Not even an apology offered

Cold showers, careless staff

Liked: The room was nice and clean. It’s close enough to the strip without being in the middle of it
Disliked: Cold showers for 5 days and the staff did nothing to help, did not (and still have not) even respond to multiple emails of mine raising the issue. I completely overpaid for two hotel rooms with no hot water for 5 out of 7 days. The manager David Li assured me he would reply to my written email complaint when I spoke to him in reception (as my complaints at the front desk were not actioned) but I have still heard nothing back. Unfortunately once you are checked in and have provided your card details you don’t matter anymore. Very disappointed to not have received even an apology for all 5 of us having cold showers for 5 days.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. No casino. Great pool. Get a room with a view of the strip. The Sphere is entertaining to watch at night from your room.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive.
