The hotel is very nice and have a lot to offer. I was very surprised that the refrigerator wasn’t working and we found stuff on the floor which shows the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: My refrigerator didn't work while we were there.

Liked: The breakfast was good therefore I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay it’s ridiculous

The hotel is a great...

Liked: Best location ever! A cross from Target on one side a Big Y a supermarket on the other side. Very clean very professional very friendly and super kind.
Disliked: The food for 3 days I ordered salmon fish each day the fish was under cooked. The Brussels spout was burned .

Liked: The staff. The only redeeming quality about the entire stay. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It’s outdated. It’s dirty. There are no mattress protectors on the bed. There was someone else hair on the mattress under the sheets

Liked: I enjoyed all the facilities that they offered in the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean, and I very much enjoyed the restaurant.
Disliked: I had an issue with my booking of my room and it seems that I was charged by Marriott as well as Booking.com. I spoke to the manager on site that weekend. I believe his name was Wayne. I wrote several times to Marriott and Booking.com and got nowhere and ended up paying for $500 twice for a room for two days. This was for my mothers funeral and I was too exhausted to fight over $440. When I thought it was all secured once I made the contact with the people the manager at the hotel told me too. It was very distressing to me. I also left dress in the closet. I was disappointed. No one contacted me since I didn’t notice for two weeks since I didn’t unpack my bag due to being distraught over my mother‘s funeral, which everyone at that hotel knew I was there for.

Disappointing

I will not recommend this...

Liked: I absolutely hated my experience at this place. Firstly, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a moldy smell that was definitely a health hazard. Secondly, the furniture was old and worn out. I was scared to sit down. In addition, my parent's room iron and ironing board were broken and unusable. The bathroom door had knobs that were falling apart, making it difficult to even close the door properly. To make matters worse, the curtains were dry-rotted and in desperate need of replacement. Not to mention, the ceiling had stains and the wall paper was peeling.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this place. Especially for the cost of $300.00 nightly. It was clear that no effort had been made to maintain or update the property. I would not recommend staying here to anyone, as the lack of upkeep made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.
