Liked: Liked the location, the ease of booking on booking.com
Disliked: Unlike other tru hotels we have stayed at, the room appeared stripped and in the process of a reno. Had intended to heat our dinner, but there was no microwave. OK, made do-meal was vacuum packed and we heated in sink of hot water. Went to take shower, housekeeping left the handheld on single stream pulsating-which immediately soaked the entire bathroom floor and then my face as I rapidly tried to turn off. Explained HOW the wallpaper is peeling in that area of the bathroom! Upon closer inspection as to why the room lacked any of the hip minimalistic features, we realized the color/artsy shade was missing and the bracket looked like it was hanging from wall. All that was left was the all white light filtering one. Then we noticed the lamp which looked garage sale vintage, with a ripped shade. IN short, the whole room was subpar. The upside? When I showed the manager photos of room 222, our entire fee was refunded.

Liked: ok. Ieft my bran new phone plugged into the night stand and I called the day after I left, I stopped by on my way back to Nashville, home to see if you found it, the man at the desk was suppose to call me and let me know. I have not heard from him..Shirley Fye [email protected]
Disliked: your staff being honest with me, about my charger.I know I left it in the room so they either stole it or gave it to someone else.....

Exceptional

Liked: So clean and new. The TV had my name and welcome on it. Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: I wish I had a microwave or a coffee pot in room.

Very nice hotel - will...

Liked: The hotel its self was very nice. Had nice seating, a TV, and a pool table in the lobby. There were tons of snacks and drinks that you can purchase. The room was a little cold upon arrival, but we were able to adjust it and it warmed up pretty quickly. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Our stay here was just one night while traveling, but I have no complaints about this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Disliked: The breakfast was bagels and other quick grab items, so not exactly what we were hoping for, so we just skipped it all together.
