Some problems here

Liked: We liked this hotel okay but our room had multiple problems that were not resolved during our visit, including an overhead light that turned off every ten minutes if we didn’t love around the room and also loud noises from the mechanical room next door. The hotel did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation except to offer us ten percent off ($28) which is really not acceptable given what was wrong with our room. Otherwise the hotel seemed nice, but it’s a slightly sketchy location and not one we would stay at in the future.
Disliked: Room with working lights would have been nice, especially after we complained on day one and the hotel did nothing to fix the problem. A room without loud clanging noises, also nice, but that is not what we got and frankly the hotel did nothing to fix either problem.

Great place to stay!!!

Liked: Amazing hotel and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Toni at the front desk was so helpful with a couple minor issues and gave us great recommendations on good local places to eat!! Will definitely stay there again! Brand new hotel.
Disliked: Apparently heat doesn't kick on until 10pm. So the room was a little chilly. After the heat kicked on and started running it was comfy. Also.... no big deal, but our shower had 2 body wash(one empty) and conditioner.... no shampoo

Disliked: Would have liked if there were larger garbage/recycling cans near ice machine or somewhere on floor (unless I didn't see it - but didn't see any near ice machine area) so I could dispose of trash on my own if I wanted to as garbage cans in the room are small and didn't want to leave a lot of trash for cleaning service. Otherwise, everything was great!
