Inability to cancel

Liked: Due to snow and ice I had to cancel day of intended arrival, Tried two contact booking.oom , they referred me to the hotel direct , called them and they could not find may rreservation even though I gave them my confirmation number . and said I had to go back to booking ..com , All i wanted to do was cancel. they were sending meme back and forth . I finally had had enough . I "Was" a Hilton Honors customer , I'll never use Booking.com nor Hilton again . I have no idea if my credit card was charged our not , as of yet . James C.
