Everything was wonderful except one...

Liked: I called the front desk at 1 PM and asked if it would be ok if I checked in a little early. I was told there was a room available, and I was free to check in. My daughter and I walked in with our suitcase, and once I went to the front desk, the woman at the front desk rudely told me there was not a king suite available and to check back in 30 minutes. She didn't apologize for having told me otherwise on the phone. When I came back, she was still very rude. She acted like checking us in was a chore. There was no smile, nothing. My daughter and I couldn't believe it. Our room, however, on the small size, was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and we slept well. Housekeeping was friendly and highly accommodating. When we saw that the rude woman had gone home for the day, we felt relief. I We didn't want to have to deal with her again. I showed her nothing but kindness, and she still had a chip on her shoulder. She needs a severe attitude adjustment if she wants to succeed in working a customer service position. My opinion, at least.
