Liked: The property was nice but there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night due to someone smoking in their room. I had to get up in 4 hours for work and it really interrupted my sleep. It was freezing outside .
Disliked: Would the hotel be willing to provide a free night for my next trip to Binghamton?

Liked: The staff was great. The reception was warm and we were impressed at how the young lady dealt with a difficult customer. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: There were little things that weren't as neat as they could be. Like the shampoo and conditioner bottles had no tops and could be taken off the wall. The sink didn't drain well either.
