Nothing glaringly bad but a...

Liked: Was overall clean and mostly comfortable
Disliked: Cold - The heating would max out at a preset level even if you set it much higher. The bare floors got very cold (no slippers provided). Very thin comforter provided.No coffee in room - This is the main reason I'm not coming back. Coffee is provided in the lobby, but having to dress up and go down just to grab a cup and come back is NOT convenient first thing in the morning. No cleaning everyday - Please let the client decide when they need their room cleaned. Hilton's policy of not cleaning everyday and at other Hilton hotels of automatically opting you out of cleaning unless you specifically request the reception to have your room cleaned is downright annoying and is essentially cheapness hiding behind the cover of a concern for the environment. Tiny wastebin overflowing with takeout containers throughout the 2 night stay because of this.

Great location and super friendly...

Liked: I am sure that I will book this hotel next time I travel to Seattle. The location is great (as there are great stores nearby), the facilities in good shape, but above all the friendly staff.
Disliked: At night there was a party next door. It was a bit uncomfortable, though I called the reception, and they managed to improve the whole situation.

Exceptional

Modern but unappealing one night...

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good. There was good parking and a nearby mall with restaurants. Thebedroom was spacious with reasonably comfortable beds. It's well located for the airport with no aircraft noise.
Disliked: The bedrooms are ultra modern but lacking in character and class. The furniture and decor were cheap-looking, with wardrobes without doors! The bedding was not nice and felt cheap. We would not choose to stay here again.
