Overall it was a good...

Liked: Everything was good the rooms were clean and very modern. Breakfast was ok!
Disliked: The pool was very cold and not enjoyable. This was a big thing because we travelled with kids and they love the pool. They couldn’t even get it. Front desk told us that it would be fix the next day but it wasn’t.

Disappointed with my stay

Liked: Location was really good for the purpose of my trip
Disliked: I was really disappointed because the reviews and the brand didn’t live up to my expectations. The room was small. The floors were dirty. The linens smelled like they haven’t been washed. I talked to the front desk and asked to have my pillows replaced, but it was not done. I just put my sweater on top of the pillow so I could sleep. And it wasn’t just my room that was dirty. The elevators and hallways needed to be cleaned too. Even the air didn’t smell clean.I’ve stayed at other Hilton hotels before and this location didn’t measure up. I gave it a couple of stars because the location was good and the lady that welcomed me the 1st night was really warm and friendly.
