Best hotel we’ve ever stayed...

Liked: So clean, great breakfast, kind staff. Amazing stay.
Disliked: Pool was absolutely freezing. My kids wanted to swim and I could only let my 2 year old get in for about 10 minutes and then her lips were turning blue.

A perfect place to getaway...

Liked: The amenities (pool, gym, pool table). The nook, lighted up patio and indoor hammock areas. The bed was comfortable. Loved the lotion, soap, conditioner and shampoo squeeze tubes on the walls. Lighting was modern.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was nice.

Liked: Staff at front was rude and unhelpful. Made a whole new reservation and front staff stated I needed to stay in the same room although it was a separate reservation. Also wouldn’t allow early check in when there were clearly rooms available. Came back at 3 to be told my same dirty room is available for check in and would not let me have another room with separate reservation
Disliked: Terrible customer service

Exactly what we needed to...

Liked: Location was great since it was near most things that we needed. While the room was spacious there was little space for storing clothing and luggage.
Disliked: There's nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The facility was great and we were even able to order food in and eat in the lobby area for dinner.
