Liked: Great location in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Super close to a lot of restaurants and shopping! The price was affordable and the staff is really nice! The rooms were also clean for the most part.
Disliked: My only issue is that the first room I was assigned did not seem thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping. There was hair on the bed and the toilet had residue of a previous stay. Jackie at the front desk was extremely accommodating and nice. When I told her about the toilet, she moved me immediately. And the second room was much better.

Liked: Very nice, clean and easy to find. Rooms were a nice size.
Disliked: Like every stay anywhere- I wish the hair dryers were a little better.

Liked: I traveled with my small dog and it was very convenient getting in and out with him.
Disliked: The adding price for having my pet seemed excessive. I don’t mind paying extra for the privilege, but $60 was high.
