Disliked: I was charged on twice. A payment came out in my visa debit for the night as a “hold” but I couldn’t use the same card for my deposit, so I needed to pay for thr room again plus deposit. I understand the hold was waived and I’ll get it back but a couple hundred bucks held for days means something to people with little money. Why can we put a visa debit down and then not use it? Ask why can’t the property just pay me back? It’s pretty dumb. The hotel will blame the bank and then bank the hotel.
