Very disappointing won't stay agai

Liked: Breakfast was okay, The check in lady was amazing.
Disliked: Pool was ICE COLD, The room (207) locked us out and we couldn't use that door, the lights didn't work, tv didn't work (called 3xs and still didn't fix it til around 11pm) we had adjoining rooms 205 / 207 and we didn't get us out of but one room, the other basically was just there. The heat was off in 207 , we tried higher temp but ac kept coming on , so we just cut it off.
