Will not stay at this...

Liked: Lobby
Disliked: Front desk agent was very dismissive. Doing the hotel audit was more important than accommodating me. Was charged $138.38 AND $159 for 8hrs (I should’ve went elsewhere) Did not honor my booking.com price so I paid extra nor did he disclose/offer a later check out time after checking in at 3AM. Desk agent called for me to check out at 12:30p and warned I will be charged extra, after telling him I’ll be down stairs immediately he was standing outside socializing with a friend while I stood at the counter waiting to be checked out. Will be in contact with manager once I receive a refund.

Literally a Roach Motel!

Liked: Good location. Nice staff.
Disliked: I had no linen sheets on my bed just a light blanket. I was freezing. I had no soap or bath gel. A roach crawled on the wall. For $457.00 I expected a nice room.
