When we arrived to the hotel at the Syracuse North location we were greeted with a staff member then leaving from her shift and she was fantastic as we were entering the hotel. This was the start of our 1st time stay at your hotel. When we were greeted at the front desk the personality of the two staff members was that of the one leaving for the day. They were very cheerful and interested in why we were in town and where we were from. The people skills of everyone that we met were fantastic. I liked that they asked me if I had a preference of what floor to stay on. We chose the third floor. When looking for our room there were a few cleaners we met along the way and they too were very personable. Our room was nice and clean and a hand written note was written for us welcoming us. Everything was clean and fresh and the hotel was quiet and convenient for our stay. Great work to all the powers that be, you have the right people working for you at Hampton Inn Syracuse North.

Liked: The hotel staff was very upbeat and great to talk with.
Disliked: Did not experience anything upsetting. Everything was very nice.

As expected for my stay

Liked: As expected for a standard travellers mourring breakfast, rooms were modern and very clean.
Disliked: Bed was comfortable but the sheets had too much polyester in them and I was sweating during my sleep. It could be me but the covering could have been made of a more comfortable material.

Had issues with dual booking...

Liked: Loved the new pancake machines.
Disliked: I’m old school and don’t like the Spartan no rug no furniture all glass cold look of the modern era.

Exceptional

Liked: We are both disabled so it is very important to have mobile access. This was the best place we have ever stayed.
Disliked: Everything was great and we did not have any dislikes.

Overall great place and worth...

Liked: Near fast food places and restaurants to grab a bite to eat, also close to Destiny Mall and other shopping plazas. Breakfast is great and staff was nice
Disliked: Thin walls , noise picked up on Friday around 11 and continued until around 2am I wouldn’t recommend staying here on a weekend
