Liked: Good location with food nearby! Clean facility and lots of things to do inside!

Liked: We stayed at the Tru by Hilton hotel, and overall, we had a good experience. The hotel is new, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. However, the breakfast was disappointing—there were very few options, and the food wasn’t tasty. Despite that, considering the price, we were satisfied with our stay.

Bad

Liked: Has a family emergency, tried to cancel but no refinding!! Then drive 3 hrs to arrive at 930 pm only to be up all night because of people above jumping and yelling! Then go to get breakfast that was completely out of eggs and yogurt while the attendant stood at counter playing on laptop!! All for $159+???? Unbelievable

Disliked: Pillows, the Polyester pillows were very uncomfortable. Maybe for economy and cleanliness you must provide them, but would suggest an alternative.

Disliked: really surprised there were no healthy beverages, waters etc to buy in the lobby. always been able to get in the past so this was pretty stunning.lots or room to room noise beside me and above me
