Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Lied about price, refused to refund, no soap in shower, tv did not work, terrible racket all night, drink machine full of hot drinks Myself and my Company will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Liked: The A/C worked.
Disliked: It's a dilapidated old place with a cheap attempt to make it look halfway decent. The shower was gross & the bathroom smelled like urine. Tru by Hilton is a MUST AVOID PERIOD.

Liked: A TRU-hotel always gives you the quality and cleanliness that you expect, which is great. I had some extremely loud neighbors above me and next to me, and the reception staff made sure I got a new room after mentioning this to them.
Disliked: It wasn't always nice to sit in the reception area, but the hotel probably can't help this. For example: during breakfast the reception area seemed to be a children's playground with kids constantly running around and dropping food on the ground. But again: this is because of a terrible education by one of the guests, it's not the hotel's fault.

Disliked: That I could not pay for my room with cash. This should always be an option.

Disliked: My room was not clean, it smelled like urine, the floors were sticky. I went and purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. The front desk offered me fabuloso to clean with. I did let the front desk know it was not clean. I wasn't offered another room. This is what I got for $283 for 1 night.
