Liked: Coffee was excellent.
Disliked: breakfast was mediocre. Pancake machine was fascinating, perhaps you thought that made up for the rest of the mealstorage for clothing was inadequate, made room go from "clean,modern" messy

I only suggest it for...

Liked: Location was great as for hotel the way it was implementing everyone to valet their vehicles was unexpected. I gave you the option on the website. Knowing such a busy area, they should allow to everybody have access to their vehicles at all times.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited on certain things - not enough choices. Boiled eggs were cold, very limited on selection on fruits, bananas were all underripe and they only had one pancake cake machine.

Very clean, nice people.

Liked: Central location to St Pete.
Disliked: Valet parking. They were efficient, but just a hassle to get your car each time.Being downtown, there was some noise at night. sirens, car alarm. But not awful.

Liked: Location of hotel was good. I liked that there was valet parking.
Disliked: The breakfast hours were very short (7 to 9 am). That's fine for a weekday but I was there on a Saturday morning and went for BF at 9:15 to find it closed. Largest issue - the handicap accessible room I reserved for my mobility challenged mom was the furthest room from the elevator. Very poor room placement. I responded to an e-mail from Maribeth at Hilton who inquired about my stay but have never heard back from her about this issue.

Liked: We liked the location! It was close enough to downtown and the same time far enough (to avoid traffic and crowds). Breakfast was also great, with a good selection of foods, beverage, and fruits.
Disliked: During our stay there we did not have room service. Nobody ever came to clean our room. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was almost empty when we got there and it was never filled. I had to ask for extra towels because ours were never changed and the new (supposedly clean) towels were stained. I didn’t like the lack of storage and the size of the room, the queen standard room was small for a couple.

Liked: It was very well maintained and close to so many shops, restaurants, and art murals.
Disliked: The cost was a little high for one night and I had no idea I was going to have to pay extra for valet parking which is the ONLY parking available…no other options.
