Overall stay was good until...

Liked: the location was great, rooms were newly updated
Disliked: My water didn’t work in the shower in my room 904 and when I told housekeeping they called it in. I went to front desk and A couple was there for 15 minutes and nobody came to check them in, I then waited 5 more minutes and 30 minutes later I left.

Good value for money.

Liked: Good breakfast and great location. Good value for money
Disliked: $75 for a dog to join you in your $125 is exorbitant. Sorry, but that’s not „pet friendly“.

Exceptional

Secluded location, downtown easy access...

Liked: The staff was friendly, 24hr security, breakfast was great and coffee/tea available 24hrs. Rooms weren't ready at check-in but the FSR offered me a late check out for being patient.
Disliked: Luckily, I was able to get a metered park in front of the hotel but if you had someone to visit or pick you up, good luck. The only option is paid parking.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Our toilet stopped working. Fixed and it stopped working again. Called to have someone come again and it started working so they didn't need to come in. And then the next morning it wasn't working again.

Well worth the price and...

Liked: The location is perfect for walking. It is close to restaurants, the enterprise center, the city museum, and a 20 minute walk to the arch.
Disliked: Only problem was our blind didn’t move at all and the speakers didn’t work on the tv. Other than those minor things everything was great.

Disliked: It didn't have a Hilton feel and the breakfast was the poorest quality. It felt very Motel 6 for the breakfast.
