Terrible Never Again

Liked: It was clean and nice staff.
Disliked: The room was terrible. Our 1st room, yes 1st room, was terrible. The AC/HVAC unit was so loud we had to move. Like a small airport in your room. The 2nd room was a little better. Whoever designed the room did a terrible job. Hit my shin on the bed edge as it sticks out. The room door had a gap like the door was installed improperly. NEVER again will we go to a Hilton. Sorely disappointed. The staff lady even said don't worry they will take care of you. No management contact whatsoever.
