Are were supposed to get...

Liked: Was told the hot tub was open and it wasn't the was the whole point of us getting the hotel. So we can use the hot tub are tv wasn't working when we got there the the food was nasty very dry and stale we were told we were gonna get $100 and still haven't gotten back I feel like it definitely wasn't worth the $200 stay!
Disliked: Was told we were gonna get a $100 refund haven't gotten it back!

Liked: Brand new, comfy
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room, which is really annoying to have to be dressed to go downstairs for coffee. There's no closet, just hanging knobs on the wall. Odd.THERE'S TRAIN TRACKS VERY CLOSE BY AND THE TRAIN RAN MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE NIGHT, TOOTING THE HORN. Had i known this, I whittle have stated elsewhere.

Fun stay for our families.

Liked: We celebrated New Year's Eve with our kids. The pool was great and the lobby with all the games, seating, TV and pool table was the highlight of our evening. The bathrooms were large and the shower was amazing. There was tons of lighting and plugs for charging.
Disliked: The hot tub could have been a bit hotter but that's the only complaint.

Liked: The lounge area was nice to hang out and play games.
Disliked: The bed was somewhat hard/stiff

Would definitely come to this...

Liked: The hotel was very clean, the pool/hot tub area was nice, the games/pool table in the lobby were a lot of fun, and the showers had great water pressure.
Disliked: The room was kind of small, especially with 4 people and 2 service animals. There wasn't a closet or anywhere to store clothes or your suitcase, so that took up extra room, as well. The pillows were very flat, we ended up asking for more, I had to sleep with 3 to feel like I had any support!

Disliked: Only 1 thing was bad. Using lemon scented soap. Many people are allergic to the fake sent they put in it I did.
