Great stay, excellent hotel!

Liked: Located in a great area. Staff were great! Room was nice and very clean. Shopping and restaurants all around. Internet worked great. They had a free hydration station with ice and water. Several choices for the free breakfast. Huge lobby with tons of tables.

Business trip

Liked: Robert was amazing, as well as all other staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Never have liked the pet policy honestly. I’m allergic to cats, and when there in hotel spraying it makes things smell at times.

Liked: Gym was better than expected . Front desk staff was friendly as was the staff at breakfast
Disliked: Carpet in hallways looked like it could be replaced

Liked: The facilities were clean and updated. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good with selections.
Disliked: The Pillows are VERY flat and uncomfortable. I received some incorrect information from the staff member who checked me in which caused an unneeded mix up with room situation.
