Liked: Breakfast was good and staff was really nice. I was impressed that they used real dishes and not takeout stuff at the breakfast. Also glad to see shampoo AND conditioner in the shower. Thanks!
Disliked: There were tears and holes in our window shade in our room, so the light-blocking window shade was rather pointless. The walls are so thin, we could hear conversations of the people next door. The lamp shade was old and dirty. The floors were a bit sticky. There was a bug in the shower. The bed wasn't very comfy. No storage for clothes. I am being 100% honest about all of this. We were in room 145 and the room above us was maybe a bowling alley? Or maybe where housekeeping keeps buckets and vacuums? It was quite noisy. They reached out to ask me how it was, mid-stay. I said 3/5 - okay. But no one responded, so I guess that feedback isn't actually used.
