Disliked: The front entrance to the hotel was very slippery. It was snowing and it was salted, but it was still very icy. I almost fell twice.that stamped concrete even with the salt was slick

Never again

Liked: The hotel was perfect. Everything was clean.
Disliked: Seems like they had no people working at the counter. It took one hour and 45 minutes to check us in instead of checking in at 11 PM. We did not get checked in and get in our room till 12:47 AM. I was told the next morning by the manager because that would happen to us they would put 5000 points into our Hilton account for us. They lied to us. They only put 643 points into our account

Liked: I loved how spacious and clean the room was,how convenient parking was! And the staff were awesome and HELPFUL!
Disliked: The pool was a bit too cold for children under 5

Amazing place

Liked: I would recommend this place it’s nice clean specially the front lobby lots of games for the kids. The rooms are clean and comfortable friendly staff and it’s closer to restaurants and stores will definitely coming back next time.
