No breakfast+ broken curtains danger...

Liked: It is close to restaurants and it was close to the government office I had to go to. It had good heating, good layout, good large TV, comfortable pillows.
Disliked: The courtain metal part that holds it to the wall fell off the wall on my shoe when I was opening the curtain. It broke my shoe and damaged it. Shoe is useless now. Looks ridiculous. Curtains have holes too, which is weird for a 100+ dollar a night hotel, shouldn't have holes. Anyways, I'll have to buy new shoes and they do not sell them in the USA as they are special orthopedic shoes. I reported it to the hotel and they offer me points for their hillton rewards program. I had to wait for maintenance to come fix it and be inconvenience by this guy knocking on my door and entering my room. Then the curtain was still having issues because it's a smart electric curtain that's not very smart. I requested to change to a new room and then the bath tub curtain had horrible black stains. I reported it so they offered me more points for the Hilton program but no refunds. On my last day the workers didn't show up and I had no breakfast, no coffee before work. I waited from 6:15am to 7:20am and nothing. Look at the pictures for yourself.
