Liked: David was very helpful because we stayed in room 414 and our TV didn't work and he was nice to move us to another room that TV worked.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the parking. I felt that I had to get vale parking that cost me about close 50.00 and thought that was not a good option for us. That's the only thing that I did not like, inconvenient. David was awesome,great customer service!

My stay was lovely.

Liked: The breakfast was really nice, and the staff were really helpful and helped me get a early check in as my car broke down as soon as I got there and I had my 7 month old with me.

Bad

Liked: I made a mistake while booking and contacted the hotel right away. We stayed one night, but never got the money back for the first booking that had the wrong date. I contacted them several times.
Disliked: Staff was incompetent and didn't comprehend what we needed. We travel a great deal and have stayed with the Hilton many times before.
