It’s a no for me.
Liked: You HAVE to valet your car. No problem. When I was checking out I was told I was 8th in line to get my car. I asked if I could get the car myself and was told it was 3 blocks away. Fine. I asked the receptionist if I picked up my own vehicle would they take off the $35 valet fee. She told me yes. It was parked in a church parking lot. They never returned the $35. I contacted Hilton so many times and was told it would be refunded. No refund as of today. It’s not about the money at this point. If you say I’ll get a refund, then do it. I’ll never stay here again.

Below par property
Liked: Room was not upto basic standard, toilet paper was missing. Toilet paper holder was broken. No phones in the room, have to walk to the reception for everything. Ice machine only on 1 floor. Breakfast was below par for similar properties. Mess at Breakfast was not cleaned up, no staff attending to Breakfast area for clean up and refill.

Awesome Place! Valet service needs...
Liked: The customer service is awesome! The front desk staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: The valet service. For two nights, you are paying about $75. The first day- it took about 20 minutes to get my car. I am not sure what the wait was because the valet was sitting at the front. The second day- my car was parked on the street. The valet hands me my keys, and says, “Let me know if you can’t get out. I will have to move some cars.” Ummmm. If you would have checked, it was obvious I was sandwiched in. I walked back to the lobby and told him.

Liked: David was very helpful because we stayed in room 414 and our TV didn't work and he was nice to move us to another room that TV worked.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the parking. I felt that I had to get vale parking that cost me about close 50.00 and thought that was not a good option for us. That's the only thing that I did not like, inconvenient. David was awesome,great customer service!
