Very good

Liked: The room, the TV and the staff.
Disliked: We had to call to get the heat turned on in our room. Also, the toilet flush valve was faulty.

Horrible

Liked: Nice place, have stayed there before!
Disliked: A water line broke in the hallway by my room and could not shower use the toilet or brush my teeth and don’t think I was compensated enough for the inconvenience, I am a member of your Hotel!

Horrible, will never stay there...

Liked: Location was good. Everything else about this experience was absolutely unacceptable!
Disliked: I was moved to different rooms in one night due to the toilets not working. The second room the heater was making horrible sounds. It kept me up all night!
