Disliked: Wonky temperature control, uncomfortable bed, meager blankets, lumpy pillow, noisy overhead, and on top of this they the gall to charge a $75 pet fee

Liked: Breakfast was good and staff was really nice. Very friendly to the dogs and the place is built for pets and familys so must be very easy to clean. No carpet or rugs.
Disliked: The beds/pillows were not comfortable, room was stark, sort of like a hospital room. Vinyl floors and no curtains, they did have blinds. The Floors in the whole place are thin and you can hear people walking (which sounds like stomping) and running around above you. There were some late check ins right above us and it woke us up. Must have been a family and kids with extra energy because it was so loud and running, jumping pushing the chair back and forth and back and forth, even the walking is super loud. They moved around for close to an hour (12 to 1 am) so not great for tying to get some sleep. The floors are plastic/vinyl and the walls are covered with decals with logos and plastic feeling wall paper. The lighting was super bright white led with no dimmers and one lamp on the tiny desk. Nothing by the beds. On the bed there were thin sheets and a very thin blanket/bed cover. We asked for one at the desk and they gave us a cotton blanket with a hole in it. I see why it works though, with dogs and kids they have easy clean up and no frills. There is nothing Hilton about it. The overall feel of the place is super budget and no ambiance. Sometimes that is all you need right? It was clean. I think we were expecting a ‘Hilton’ hotel experience but it was more like a motel 6.

Disliked: They charged us $75 pet fee. Our dog is 14 pounds. We thought all Hilton properties let pets stay free. We will never stay at a Tru again. It was VERY basic, and we could hear the people in the room next door.
