I can understand charging more...

Liked: The room was nice and spacious with a great bathroom/shower
Disliked: It cost and extra $75 to have my bird with us in the room in his cage, when the room only cost $120 to begin with. The lady at the front desk said they aren’t even allowed to have birds stay there? Why not call and tell me then considering it was noted in the special request.

Liked: The family didn’t need the breakfast. We went to McDonald’s. Also, we have one room on one floor the other room on the other floor. My daughter had to be moved from one of the rooms to another room because of the hair all on the sheets
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms overall it wasn’t a bad stay

Liked: Nice breakfast options!
Disliked: The hot water in shower never got hot.

It was ok.

Liked: The location was great. It's near my parents' house and a Starbucks. The lobby was cool and modern. My dogs were welcomed.
Disliked: There was a hidden pet fee of $75. The comforter was not thick enough. Too many people close by. Occupants should be spread out more.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and great amenities too!
Disliked: Soaps and shampoo tibes hard to squeeze

Would love to stay there...

Liked: The staff was uniformly wonderful. Friendly, attentive. The lobby and room were clean and inviting. The breakfast is surprisingly good.
Disliked: The thermostat was busted so the room never got cooler than 77 degrees and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm. When I told the front desk, she took a note and said a manager would call; no one ever did. So I called the 800 number and was told I would get a call and never did.
