Overall staff was great rooms...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: Rooms were noisy we could hear all the guests around us. Breakfast wasn’t that good either.

Clearly understaffed. Other customers were...

Liked: Front desk woman was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Way too much tech stuff that just didn't work. Wacky temp controls. NO Local tv on room tv. Could not watch Alabama/Georgia game in the room. In Alabama. We could hear the room next to us too easily. No floor mat in bathroom. Two towels for two guests. Floor was sticky. No room cups. No room coffee. Not coming back.
