Room was nice, confirm breakfast...

Liked: Room was basic, but modern and very clean. Shuttle service (after midnight airport pick- up) was easy. The main hotel number has an option to contact the shuttle service directly to arrange pick-up. Return trip to airport was scheduled at check-in.
Disliked: Poor/Deceptive Communication - Hotel info (on the TV) stated breakfast ended at 10:00, however, it was over when we arrived at 9:40. Reception told us it ended at 9:00 am per the manager’s instruction. An earlier breakfast time would have been fine had reception informed us at check-in. Fortunately, the hotel staff was kind enough to provide us with a few items to eat.

Clean but uncomfortable

Liked: The room was spotlessly clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and they only provided two pillows. There was also a lot of noise from the hall and neighboring rooms.

Disliked: Everything was good.

Could be a better hotel....

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Disliked: Wipe down front doors better. Trash piling over in check in area. Pretty sure hotel is being used for prostitution or sex trafficking. I will be reporting on this activity.

Liked: Very easy to get to the airport. Yes there is a shuttle! You can schedule a shuttle when you check jn. Very clean and well organized inside.
