Liked: Very nice hotel. Excellent value.
Disliked: Made a mistake and charged my card for the room when I had already paid through booking.com. Took 2 calls to straighten out because the first young man I spoke with told me “that was how it was done, until booking.com paid them”?? Otherwise a 10

Wonderful, restful, peaceful.

Liked: Upon entering, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was so clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I am going to inquire of what pillows those were, best sleep in years. Morning staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment. I normally stayed at the Double Tree next door but not again, Tru Hotel beat them by far with EVERYTHING. I am so so happy we stayed there. Keep up the good work Tru staff it does pay off, God Bless you all.
