Liked: The floor was not swept, and there were clumps of hair all around. The toilet ran off and on all throughout the night. Also, someone in a room adjacent to our blasted music with a deep bass at 130am.

Very well, will use again...

Liked: Clean, most of the staff was friendly, one woman refilling the breakfast stand was rude.Super comfortable room. Front desk was well stocked and super convenient
Disliked: Older woman, employee, short hair glasses. Her comments to other workers made my daughter uncomfortable and my daughter wouldn’t walk alone if the woman was there refilling items. No sense of customer service.

Great stay will do so...

Liked: Need more , like eggs, sausage or bacon , and home fries ,
Disliked: More of a breakfast , and the parking was horrible , couldn’t find a parking spot due to all the cars left there for weeks because they flew somewhere, and the parking spots during the day were full of snow .very very very poor parking lot maintenance

Stayed for surgery in Portland

Liked: The staff was great. I had surgery so stayed here because of the snow. Needed a bandaid and she gave me two in case.
Disliked: The room was so so dry. I know it's winter, but woke up with nose bleeds and lips bleeding because of it. It also wasn't as clean as it could be, but nothing that was too bad.
