Liked: I reserved a queen suite with ocean view on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I was given a pool view on the 4th floor. I did say something about it and they did nothing. Not accommodating in any way. Not really friendly either. Parking is inconvenient as well. Nothing is complementary except wifi and the breakfast is kinda shameful after paying $225/ night for a room that was not what I had reserved. I probably will not stay here again nor encourage anyone else to. For being a Hilton, this feels like a Super 8 or Best Western. How very disappointing when I wanted to give my elderly mother a nice night away with an ocean view. I've tried uploading the photos and it will not let me. There was also something gross spilled down the air conditioning unit that was never cleaned off prior to us being issued the room.

Disliked: The lack of no drawers or closets were not to my liking. The room service did not make our bed twice during a 3 night stay. The place was not run on the professional level I am accustomed to.

Liked: Breakfast was good, plenty of variety and good quality, especially the Lavazza coffee. I was especially pleased with the staff as a whole and Andasia and Stephanie in particular. They were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. They are an asset to the property.
Disliked: The only thing I can mention was the lack of closet and drawer space.
