Liked: Location is great. Very clean Staff very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Rooms are small. No place to unpack. All rooms should have a microwave we did not have one. Coffee and tea station not refilled. Also have to pay 24.00 a night for parking. With the price of these rooms parking should be included.

Disliked: Not a professional staff with a ton of attitude. I took my shower on the first night. I had no shower gel and no shampoo. I had to use hand soap to wash myself. I asked for shower gel and shampoo on the first night, the second morning and at night when I came back to the hotel. I never received shower gel for my entire stay. Air conditioning is super load and couldn't sleep well. I paid extra for a view and i didn't get it.

Liked: Breakfast was very good especially considering the price. Lots of options. Ladies who worked in the breakfast room were very friendly, helpful and kind!
Disliked: Our room was not worth the price, and we had an upgrade for $25 additional per night. The shower door did not close completely, and the bottom seal was dirty and moldy. The air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t sleep, but it was too hot if we turned it off. Pillows need to be replaced. We talked to someone about the a/c but no help. Wrote them a note about a few issues before we checked out.

Liked: Amina from the front desk and the maintenance man were very nice people. Very professional.
Disliked: The cleaning service at this hotel is terrible. I pulled the bed back in room 303 and almost died when I saw a dead bedbugs and Demetrious earth everywhere. I also saw body fluid stains on the boxspring and dead bugs and stains all over the floor. I then called the front desk and told them I needed a different room and then I went to room 505 and I pulled the bed back and saw the same situation going on. I am so disgusted. I went and got my money back right away. The front desk lady Amina was very nice. Thank God for her keeping me calm. I will never go back to this hotel again. I started to look around and realize the entire hotel, even in the hallways, and in the Elevator and all the common areas were filthy. High levels of deadly bacteria everywhere. You should either hire professional cleaners that really know what they’re doing or just shut the place down before everybody gets sick. I’m disgusted.
