Liked: Good location
Disliked: Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Bed frame wasn’t attached to floor and moved around. Staff was not very friendly, especially when we asked for extra towels or bath cloths. Housekeeping was only every two days so we always needed extra. Breakfast was not good in my opinion

Liked: The people who work there are very friendly. I was very well received by Fernando and the people who serve breakfast too. location is great, hotel is clean and new. Breakfast is very good.

Overall quite pleased.

Liked: Room was a little cramped. Had to ask for hand soap refill because it was empty when I arrived. But housekeeping responded immediately. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: Room size

Perfect and relaxing

Liked: It was a perfect location. I liked that you could use your phone for most everything. The staff was friendly even though there wasn’t a major need to talk to them since I could check in and out online. They still made an effort to speak to me each time I entered and exited.
Disliked: Parking was small but not a huge issue.
