Liked: All the staff were nice and friendly, Alex the manager I think, was very kind making sure everything was comfortable in my room, the room was nice and clean and I love there's no carpet since I have allergies that was a plus, and it was so convenient because I could walk to where the dental convention was. I had a great experience. Just as a suggestion to improve the breakfast, eggs were overcooked. But overall I was happy with my stayed. :)

Disliked: Booking was never booked. I supposedly booked in January with a confirmation number. In my arrival I was downgraded to another hotel. I was very upset and embarrassed.
