i really enjoyed the stay...

Liked: i really liked that if you had a doorhandle sign on nobody bothered you . i enjoyed staying at this location because it was surrounded by so many stores & restaurants so no need to drive more than 5 minutes to go anywhere !
Disliked: i did not like that the fee of 75$ was added once i got there and i was not aware of it until i went to pay !

Liked: Choice of 2 buffets for breakfast - both different items, and very good!! Nice areas for groups to sit & visit, inside & out! nice, very well lit parking lot!
Disliked: In room coffee is not included - but it was just a short trip down the elevator to get!

Convenient efficient centerpiece around other...

Liked: The breakfast was well well and definitely efficient. I ate before my football tournament and was able to be full up to mid-afternoon from the hearty breakfast that was served I would definitely recommend this hotel because the breakfast was amazing

Better than expected

Liked: The vibe. We usually stay at Hampton Inn , but we love this vibe better.
Disliked: They switched my room after I checked in with the mobile app.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the property. I liked the amenities. I liked the continental options!
Disliked: The staff was slightly less than professional. I was asking questions and felt almost attacked by all of the staff at the same time with answers. I asked one person a question but two others jumped in to answer. It was unprofessional. The morning staff was great.
