Good

Liked: Staff was very friendly from check in to breakfast staff.
Disliked: The room had some cheap features that detracted from the overall room experience, but otherwise better than average across the board.

Dirty

Liked: It was dirty. Remove bottles from holders and you can see just how dirty it is. Plus there was hair all over the shower. The floor was dirty.

Disappointing

Disliked: You double charged me. Then never gave me my money back. Called multiple hilton service numbers. Every one said the same thing. Not their problem. Said it was the booking site.
